Jan DeFalco is a seasoned customer success and marketing executive with 30 years of experience driving growth for both Fortune 500 and boutique professional services firms. Driven by years of big data experience, marketing leadership, and a laser focus on customer outcomes, Jan has proven her ability to grow revenue through customer understanding and analytics.
Prior to RightEye, Jan serviced as Vice President, Customer Lifecycle Marketing for a luxury design/build firm in Northern Virginia where she was responsible for driving demand and growth in an extremely competitive real estate market. During her 10-year tenure, the firm accomplished 800% growth and was named to the Washington Business Journal’s 50 Fastest Growing Companies and the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies lists. Jan also served as Managing Director, Brand and Consumer Marketing at SLM Corporation (Sallie Mae), where she was responsible for generating $770M in new and recurring loan volume. While working at MCI, Jan managed key airline partnerships including United Airlines and oversaw a $270M annual revenue commitment. Prior to MCI, Jan managed affinity marketing for the PGA, IEEE, and other key accounts at Seabury & Smith, a subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies.
As Vice President, Customer Success, Jan plays a key role in fulfilling RightEye’s aggressive growth goals by increasing customer revenue and mitigating churn. Jan earned her Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University.
