Like most of you, we’re watching the developments of the COVID-19 virus with great concern, and adjusting much of the way we interact with family, friends, colleagues and customers.

During these trying times, I want to let you know that the team at RightEye is functioning at 100% operational capacity. What does this mean for you?

  • • Our support team remains fully staffed and open Monday-Friday from 8am-8pm ET.
  • • Training webinars are being held as scheduled.
  • • Product updates and improvements continue as scheduled, including the eagerly anticipated improvement to the new user testing flow launched today.
  • • We are doing our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by encouraging our staff to work from home and cancelling non-essential company travel.

We understand that many of our customers’ bottom lines are being directly impacted by this crisis.
