RightEye, a health tech startup in Bethesda, has been getting attention in the press for its cutting-edge eye movement tests. RightEye is using eye tracking technology to revolutionize sports vision, concussion assessment, reading tests, Parkinson’s and Autism tests. RightEye already has multiple professional sports teams, optometrists, rehabilitation hospitals and others as customers.

Position Summary:

RightEye is looking for an intelligent, experienced, organized person to sell and take a senior role as the company expands.

You will work with concussion clinics, optometrists, sports teams, rehabilitation facilities and neurologists to close business.

Our prospects are highly engaged and intelligent medical professionals looking for ways to better serve patients. This is a sale requiring prospect education and relationship building.

Tasks include managing inbound leads, aggressively moving leads through the pipeline to closure. Additionally, we do considerable personal outreach to prospects who have been microtargeted based on job title, publications, speaking engagements, using emails and phone calls.

Get meetings, conduct new business calls, conduct online presentations, and close business. Local applicants only. This is not a work at home position. We are in a dynamic, fun and highly interactive environment. You must be a closer. If you can sell and close, you will make good money and work at a fantastic company. This is a one of its kind product. Salary and Commission commensurate with experience.

  • Craft and send highly targeted emails to prospects
  • Conduct sales calls and online presentations with high profile prospects
  • Manage prospects from first contact to close via email and phone
  • Update Salesforce daily and manage all sales through Salesforce
  • Attend approximately 1 conference/month for 3 days

Education and Experience:

4+ years sales experience required, preferably in medical device area. You must be a closer and you must be very organized. Salesforce experience required. BS in Psychology, Biology, Neurology or Neurobiology or similar with business focus desired. Scientific, vision, eye tracking, optometry, PT, rehabilitation education or background a strong plus. You must be capable of learning how to discuss various aspects of vision and vision measurement.

Summary:

RightEye is seeking a motivated employee to fill an exciting new Technical Customer Support position. The Technical Customer Support Representative is a high-energy, customer-focused individual. You will be accountable for all aspects of customer satisfaction. This position has the potential to provide the ideal candidate with opportunities for growth and advancement. The Customer Support Representative will work closely with the sales and product development teams to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and follow up with customer support requests
  • Communicate directly with customers and resolve technical issues promptly
  • Become an expert on RightEye’s customer portal
  • Plan and conduct web-based training for new customers
  • Proactively reach out to existing customers to strengthen relationships and improve product utilization
  • Identifying opportunities to improve existing procedures to simplify the support process
  • Implementation of new customer support software
  • Assist with customer billing functions

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows
  • MS Office experience
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • 2 years of technical customer support experience

Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant - Bethesda, MD

General Summary

This is an opportunity to work at an exciting and fast-moving eye-tracking health technology company located in downtown Bethesda, Maryland. The Administrative Assistant supports the operations and administration of the office and assists the CEO on a wide range of management, financial, and operational issues.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide administrative support for the CEO
  • Report preparation for 3rd party license and partnership agreements
  • Support Board of Directors
  • Assist with communication, meetings, minutes, etc.
  • Work with bookkeeper (cut checks, etc.)
  • Prepare documents and presentations
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • File and manage information, literature and materials
  • Agenda preparation and dissemination
  • Review and summarize reports and documents
  • Ordering kitchen/office supplies as needed
  • Onboarding of new hires

Minimum Requirements

  • Associate Degree
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat; proficiency with QuickBooks Online
  • 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Proficient editing and writing skills
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and complex environment with competing priorities.
